ARTWORK GUIDELINES

Free Artwork is based on a total design time of two hour. Design time is priced at £35 per hour for further designs and purchases that do not include free artwork. The Recreation of non print ready artwork is also charged at £35 per hour. You will be made aware before any design costs are applied. Payment must be taken in advance before designs are produced. It is very rare for us to have to charge for extra design time on our free artwork products and only do so in the most extreme of circumstances

HARD COPY
It is important that a hard copy of your design is included with the artwork. A colour proof is preferred, however a marked up black and white hard copy will still assist us to accurately produce your job.

DOCUMENT SIZE
If possible all artwork should be supplied at 100% size 150dpi but in the cases this is not possible it should be supplied at a proportion of the finished size eg. 50% 300dpi or 25% 600dpi, etc.

SPECIAL COLOURS
PMS, RGB, duotones or any other colours should be converted to CMYK before output.

FONTS
If possible embed/outline all fonts, but please include all fonts with the artwork files even if your fonts have been embedded/outlined.

SCANNING/PICTURES
The best image quality please supply at 300dpi or 150dpi of its proposed full size (Depending on which one is lager). All images should be CMYK and saved as a TIFF or EPS format without compression. We will accept original artwork, transparencies, 35mm slides, prints and negatives for scanning and placement.

ARTWORK SIZES
For folding, pop up or banner systems we can supply accurate size specifications for each stand. This will reduce the chance of any problems occurring during production.

IMPORTANT
Files should be supplied with all fonts and all placed artwork files. If a picture is embedded in the final document, please supply a separate copy of the picture (with the same file name) to enable prompt handling in case a technical difficulty may arise.
